Preguntas frecuentes
Which facial serum should I choose based on my skin type?
MELLOW if you have oily or combination skin and want to control sebum and blemishes; MILD if your skin is sensitive and prone to redness, rosacea, or couperosis; OASIS if you are looking for well-aging for mature skin; and GLOW ELIXIR, which is an illuminating facial oil, for normal or dry skin that needs radiance. We help you decide in how to choose the most suitable serum for your skin type.
What is the difference between a serum and a cream?
A serum has a higher concentration of active ingredients and a light texture that penetrates quickly; a cream seals and hydrates on the surface. They don't replace each other, they complement each other: serum first, cream after. We compare them in detail in what is the difference between a serum and a cream.
What is an eye contour cream for and at what age should I start?
The skin around the eyes is thinner and dehydrates faster, which is why it shows signs of aging sooner. HALO is formulated with ginkgo biloba, hawthorn, orchid stem cells, and centella asiatica to hydrate and firm the area. You can start when you notice dryness or fine lines, there is no fixed age. We explain why this step matters in the importance of eye contour in your routine, and we talk about HALO in depth in this article.
I have oily skin, will a serum make me shinier?
Not if you choose the right one. MELLOW is non-comedogenic and formulated precisely to balance sebum production without drying out. More context in how to care for oily skin.
What ingredients should I avoid in a serum?
It is the most concentrated product in your routine and the one that penetrates best, so it is where it is most worth checking the INCI. The groups we exclude are parabens, silicones, petroleum derivatives, and ingredients flagged as potential endocrine disruptors. We expand on this in the toxins that can hide in a facial serum.
Do they help with dark spots?
Antioxidant active ingredients contribute to evening out skin tone, but with sunspots, prevention is key: without daily sun protection, it is difficult to make progress. We explain this in sunspots: what they are and how to avoid them.
