Exfoliating wooden body brushes

Rough skin, ingrown hairs, or orange-peel texture on the legs: body brushing is one of the simplest ways to improve skin texture. Our exfoliating body brushes are made with wood and sisal bristles, a plant-based fiber with exfoliating properties.

Preguntas frecuentes

Dry Brush or Bath Brush?

The Dry Brush is for dry brushing before getting into the shower. The Bath Brush is designed for use on damp skin with soap, and its long handle makes it easy to reach your back. Both have sisal bristles, a natural fiber with exfoliating properties.

How do you dry brush?

On completely dry skin, before showering. Use firm, upward strokes without pressing too hard, starting from your feet and moving toward your heart. Five minutes is enough. We provide guidelines in how to exfoliate your skin properly.

How often can I use it?

Once or twice a week if your skin is sensitive, and up to daily if your skin tolerates it well and you don't press too hard. If any redness or stinging occurs, use it less frequently.

Does it help with cellulite or stretch marks?

It stimulates microcirculation and promotes cell renewal, which improves the skin's texture and appearance, especially if combined with hydration or a body oil. It won't eliminate them, but consistency makes a difference. We discuss this in how to reduce stretch marks.

How do I care for the brush?

Avoid submerging the wood, and after using it in the shower, shake it off and let it dry with the bristles facing down. Every few weeks, you can rinse the bristles with warm water and let them air dry. This will help it last for years.
