Preguntas frecuentes
What is the applicator and what is it for?
It is a reusable container that holds the solid deodorant bar, allowing you to apply it without touching it with your fingers, just as you would with a conventional stick. You buy the applicator once and then simply replace the bars.
Which pack should I choose?
Applicator + 1 deodorant if you want to try it out; Applicator + 3 if you've already made up your mind and prefer to have a stock; and Applicator + 3 Sensitive Skin if your skin reacts easily or if you have experienced irritation with other deodorants. We can help you decide in our guide to choosing your deodorant.
Normal or sensitive skin?
If you have never had issues with deodorants, the normal formula will work well for you. If you have experienced redness, itching, or stinging, especially after shaving, go straight to the sensitive skin version. We explain this in how to choose a deodorant if you have sensitive skin.
How do I change the bar?
When it runs out, remove the remainder and place the new one into the applicator's slot. There is no need to clean it thoroughly every time; wiping it with a dry cloth occasionally is sufficient.
I am switching from an antiperspirant, is there an adjustment period?
Yes, and it's helpful to know this before starting. If you have been blocking your glands for years, your skin needs a few weeks to rebalance once you stop, and during that time it is normal to notice more sweating or stronger odors than usual. This does not mean the product isn't working. We can support you through the transition in making the switch to a natural deodorant easy.
Why aluminum-free?
Aluminum salts are the active ingredient that blocks pores to prevent sweating, which is what an antiperspirant does. Our deodorants do not block sweating: they act on the bacteria that cause odor. We explain this in why you should avoid aluminum in your deodorant.
