Cleansers and makeup removers
Natural facial cleanser and makeup remover: the first step of your routine
Harsh cleansing leaves skin feeling tight and prompts it to produce more oil, while one that is too gentle fails to remove makeup or pollution. That is why choosing the right facial cleanser for your skin type is key.
- RADIANCE facial cleansing balm: a cream makeup removing balm that removes makeup and sunscreen without drying. Ideal for double cleansing.
- AURA facial mousse: for normal and dry skin.
- NYCTE facial mousse: for combination and oily skin.
- KADIA facial mousse: for sensitive skin.
- Reusable makeup remover pads, which replace disposable cotton pads.
At night, remove your makeup with the balm and then cleanse with the mousse for your skin type. Follow up with the facial toner.

Preguntas frecuentes
Which facial cleanser should I choose?
NYCTE is the mousse for combination and oily skin, with a sebum-regulating effect that mattifies without drying. AURA is the mousse for normal and dry skin, which cleanses and removes makeup gently. KADIA is the soothing mousse for sensitive skin. And RADIANCE is a cream cleansing balm, designed for the first step of a double cleanse.
Why is it so important to wash your face daily?
Because throughout the day, the face accumulates pollution, dust, sweat, and makeup, and without removing them, your serum and cream lose their effectiveness: the active ingredients do not penetrate well. We go into detail on this in facial cleansing, the essential step of your routine, and we explain exactly what pollution does to the skin in this article.
What is a double cleanse and do I need to do it?
It consists of starting with an oil-based or balm product that removes makeup and sunscreen, and following it with a water-based one that cleans the rest. It is especially recommended if you use makeup or sunscreen daily. We explain the full ritual in the importance of healthy facial cleansing.
Balm or mousse? What is the difference?
The balm, like RADIANCE, has a rich cream texture that emulsifies with water and removes makeup and sunscreen: it is the first step of the double cleanse. The mousses, like NYCTE, AURA, or KADIA, are water-based cleansers with a light foam, designed to deep clean the skin without stripping away oils. If you use makeup or sunscreen daily, it is ideal to combine them; if not, the mousse that corresponds to your skin type is enough.
I have acne or blemishes, which cleanser is right for me?
NYCTE, which is the sebum-regulating mousse for combination and oily skin. And a warning we repeat often: cleansing more frequently or with more aggressive products does not improve acne; it usually makes it worse because, by damaging the barrier, the skin responds by producing more sebum. We go into this in how to reduce acne without putting your health at risk. If the breakout is persistent or painful, consult a dermatologist.
My face feels tight after I wash it, is that normal?
No, it is a sign that the cleanser is too aggressive and is disrupting your skin's barrier. That tightness often ends up causing more oiliness as a rebound effect. We explain this in how to care for oily skin.
How many times a day should I wash my face?
As a general rule, twice: once in the morning and once at night, the latter being essential to remove dirt and the day's residue. Washing more often does not clean better and usually causes irritation.
