Preguntas frecuentes
What is a Gua Sha used for and how do you use it?
It is a facial massage tool that helps drain, decongest, and relax facial muscle tension. It should always be glided from the center of the face outward, with the skin previously hydrated with an oil or serum so that it slips easily. We have complete guidelines in benefits of using a Gua Sha.
Gua Sha or facial roller?
The roller is simpler and ideal for beginners: it is rolled over the entire face and provides a feeling of freshness and decongestion. The Gua Sha allows you to work with more precision on specific areas, such as the jawline or the eye contour. We have it in amethyst and rose quartz. If you are looking to treat the eye contour area, we explain why it's worth it in this article.
Which Konjac sponge is right for me?
The charcoal one is indicated for oily and blemish-prone skin; the walnut one provides slightly more exfoliation; and the natural one, without additives, is the gentlest, suitable for sensitive skin. We explain how the charcoal one works in this article.
How do I care for the Konjac sponge and how long does it last?
Before using it, moisten it until it softens. After each use, rinse it well and let it dry hanging up, never closed in the shower. It is of plant origin and compostable at the end of its useful life. You have the complete instructions for use in what is the Konjac sponge and how to use it correctly.
Are reusable makeup remover pads hygienic?
Yes, as long as you wash them after each use. The makeup remover pads come with their own bag for the washing machine and can withstand hundreds of washes, replacing hundreds of single-use cotton pads. It is part of the same idea that we explain in our zero waste commitment.
