Body exfoliation
Natural body exfoliation: brushes, mitts, and sisal accessories
Rough skin, ingrown hairs after waxing, dull areas, or a cream that just doesn't seem to absorb: the solution often begins with exfoliating the skin. By removing dead cells, the skin becomes smoother and absorbs moisture more effectively.
- Dry Brush body exfoliating brush: for dry brushing before the shower. It stimulates circulation and is ideal for legs and glutes.
- Bath Brush: with sisal bristles, for exfoliation during your shower.
- Sisal mitt and pouch: daily exfoliation with your favorite soap.
- Wooden foot scraper: removes rough patches and calluses.
- Perfect Legs Pack: combines massage and lymphatic drainage for firmer, smoother legs, glutes, and abdomen.
All are made with natural fibers such as sisal and wood, with no plastic. Exfoliate two or three times a week and finish with a body oil.

Preguntas frecuentes
How often should I exfoliate my body?
Once or twice a week is enough. Exfoliation promotes cell renewal and improves texture, but doing it daily disrupts the skin barrier and ends up producing the opposite effect. We tell you how to do it right in exfoliating your skin correctly.
Which accessory should I choose?
The Dry Brush is for dry brushing before showering. The Bath Brush is used on damp skin and its long handle reaches the back. The exfoliating mitt and the sisal soap pouch exfoliate during the shower, and the pouch also stores and drains your solid soap. And the foot scraper is designed for hard skin and calluses, which require something else.
How do you dry brush?
With completely dry skin, before showering. Use firm, upward strokes without pressing too hard, starting from your feet and moving up towards your heart. Five minutes is enough. If redness or stinging occurs, you are pressing too hard.
Does it help with cellulite or stretch marks?
It stimulates microcirculation and promotes cell renewal, which improves the texture and appearance of the skin, especially when combined with hydration or a body oil. It doesn't eliminate them, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a pipe dream. We discuss this in detail in how to reduce stretch marks.
Does it make sense to exfoliate after summer?
Absolutely. After exposure to the sun, salt, and chlorine, the skin accumulates dead cells and becomes rough and dull; exfoliating before moisturizing helps the hydration penetrate better. However, never do it on burned or irritated skin. You have the complete routine in post-summer skin.
How do I care for the accessories?
They all require the same thing: dry them well between uses and don't leave them soaking. Hang the brushes with the bristles facing down and avoid submerging the wood. Done this way, a brush will last for years.
