Toothpaste tablets
Fluoride-free toothpaste tablets: the solid dentifrice
Toothpaste tablets are the plastic-free alternative to the traditional tube. Simply chew a tablet, brush with a wet toothbrush, and a soft foam will form. Each tablet is an exact dose, so there is no waste and they are very practical for travel.
Our natural toothpaste has anti-cavity, anti-plaque, and anti-inflammatory action thanks to ingredients like turmeric or aloe vera, and is formulated without fluoride. Choose your flavor:
- WINTER, SPRING, SUMMER, and AUTUMN, each with its own aroma.
- Refills of the four flavors to fill your jar and reduce waste.
Complete your oral hygiene with a wooden toothbrush and vegan dental floss.
Toothpaste in a tube or in tablets?
Inside, they do the same job: clean with the help of a toothbrush and protect the tooth. What changes is everything else:
- Packaging: the tube mixes plastic and aluminum and is difficult to recycle. The tablets come in a reusable jar that you refill with the refill.
- Dosage: with a tube, everyone uses "a bit," almost always more than necessary. Each tablet is just the right dose.
- Travel: it is not a liquid, so it does not count towards the 100 ml airplane limit and it won't spill in your toiletry bag.
- Formula: our tablets contain no fluoride, SLS, or triclosan.
How to choose your flavor
All four share a base of xylitol, turmeric, aloe vera, and licorice extract; the aroma and some active ingredients vary:
- WINTER (mint): the most similar to traditional toothpaste. The best for starting out.
- SPRING (lemon and ginger): intense freshness that helps prevent bleeding gums. It has a spicy kick.
- SUMMER (strawberry): mild and fruity, designed to protect enamel.
- AUTUMN (cinnamon): warm and spicy, indicated if you have tooth sensitivity.
What to look for in a natural toothpaste
- Fluoride-free, if that is what you are looking for: we explain why we have removed it in what is really in toothpaste.
- SLS-free: it is the detergent that creates foam; it does not clean better and is associated with mouth ulcers.
- No triclosan or other endocrine disruptors.
- With xylitol: it makes it difficult for cavity-causing bacteria to adhere to the tooth.
- No microplastics or plastic packaging.
How long it lasts and what it costs
Each jar contains 120 tablets, one per brushing. Brushing two or three times a day, it will last between a month and a half and two months. At €11.50 per jar, it costs less than 10 cents per brushing. When it runs out, the refill fills the same jar.

Preguntas frecuentes
How do I use a toothpaste tablet?
Put it in your mouth, bite it until it dissolves, and spread it around with your saliva; then brush with a wet toothbrush and spit as usual. Do not swallow it, just as you wouldn't swallow toothpaste from a tube. If it's your first time, dampen your toothbrush a little beforehand: it helps it emulsify.
It foams very little, is it cleaning?
Yes, and we understand the doubt because you ask us about it often. The foam in conventional toothpaste comes from SLS, a detergent that adds sensation but not cleaning capacity, and is also associated with mouth ulcers in prone individuals. Our tablets do not contain it. What cleans is the friction of the brush and the active ingredients; the foam is just for show.
My tongue stings or tingles
It's usually the ginger and lemon in the formula, which provide that spicy and acidic touch. Most people find it pleasant, though it bothers some, especially in the first few days. If this happens to you, try a less citrusy scent: WINTER or AUTUMN instead of SPRING. If the stinging persists, stop using it.
Which scent should I choose?
We have four: SPRING with lemon and ginger, SUMMER, AUTUMN, and WINTER. The formula and active ingredients are the same; only the flavor profile changes. If you are used to an intense mint toothpaste, WINTER is the most similar.
What does it contain and why no fluoride?
Turmeric, aloe vera, licorice extract, and xylitol, which is the main active ingredient: we tell you what it does in xylitol, a protective and antibacterial agent. Regarding fluoride, it is a product you use two or three times a day for your entire life, and its long-term role is a subject of open scientific debate; we have chosen to formulate without it. We explain this in what is really in toothpaste. If you have a history of cavities or specific instructions from your dentist, consult them before switching.
Tablet or powder?
The tablet provides the exact dose, doesn't spill, and is unbeatable for traveling or carrying in your bag. The powder lasts longer and is more economical per use, but requires wetting the brush and dipping it into the jar, which is less practical if you share a bathroom. The active ingredients are equivalent.
How many tablets are included and how long do they last?
120 tablets per jar, one per brushing. With two or three brushings a day, it lasts about a month and a half to two months. When you run out, don't throw away the container: we have refills.
Are they suitable for children?
The format helps because the dose is measured and there is no way to use too much, but the ginger and lemon touch may be too strong for them. With young children, check with their dentist about which toothpaste is suitable for them, especially regarding fluoride.
