The purpose of these terms and conditions of purchase is for Banbu to supply the products offered in its online store, in exchange for economic consideration.

  • These terms and conditions, together with the order confirmation, constitute the contract between Banbu and the customer for the supply of products.

      PLACING AN ORDER

      • The customer must complete the entire purchase process and make payment using any of the payment systems provided on this website.

      • If Banbu Cosmética Natural SL. accepts your order, the customer will be notified through an order confirmation. This will be sent via email, provided the customer has provided their email address in the personal data form.
      • In case we are unable to accept your order, we will contact the customer to inform them through the contact methods provided when placing their order.
      • There may be occasions when it is impossible to supply such products due to, for example, them being out of stock. In such a case, we will contact the customer to inform them of what has happened and perhaps suggest alternative products. If the customer does not accept our suggestions, we will cancel their order in relation to the product(s) we cannot supply, proceeding to refund the amount of money paid for such products.

        SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS

        We pay great attention to the information related to the characteristics of the products through their technical descriptions, ingredient listings, usage instructions, precautions, and illustrative photographs. All of this is done within the legal framework and respecting the best market standards.

        PRODUCT PRICES

        The price of each product will be clearly stated on this website. Products will be sold at the indicated price, which is the one shown at the time of order confirmation by the customer.

        • We reserve the right to charge for the order from the moment of its receipt.
        • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. We commit to applying the current rates indicated on the website at the time the order is placed.
        • For customers residing in Spain, all prices shown on this website include value-added tax (VAT). They do not include shipping service costs at any time.
        • Shipping service costs are borne by the customer and will be added to the total amount of the contracted products. The customer will always be informed of these shipping costs.

          PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

          Orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. In the event that any of the item(s) included in the order are not currently in stock, Banbu commits to contacting the customer as soon as possible to inform them of the estimated time frame within which they can receive their product(s). If the customer is not interested in waiting, a refund of the amounts paid for said item(s) may be requested.

          PRODUCT PAYMENT

          • Banbu has partnered with Banco Sabadell to guarantee maximum security in all operations carried out on this website.
          • In case our security department suspects certain anomalies or fraud, Banbu reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.
          • Banbu offers customers 3 different payment methods: credit/debit card payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express), Paypal, and Bizum.

            DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

            • We will send the products to the delivery address provided in your personal data form. If you wish to change the delivery address, you must do so as soon as possible, please note that after 24 hours we cannot guarantee that we can modify it.
            • If at the time of placing the order the item(s) are indicated as: available, the period between placing the order and the delivery date will be 2 -3 working days from our payment validation.
            • Both the hours and days scheduled for deliveries will be working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If due to external factors Banbu exceeds this period, we will inform the customer of the incident as soon as possible.
            • The product will be delivered once payment has been successfully verified.
            • The customer agrees to be at home, either themselves or any person designated to receive the delivery. In the event of not being at home, the carrier may attempt delivery several times. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned with the consequent refund of the payment made, minus shipping or return costs, which will be borne by the customer.

              OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

              As a User of this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and conditions of use, current legislation, and good faith. Likewise, you declare and guarantee that you are of legal age and understand the terms and conditions of use.
