Facial Yoga Event at BANBU BILBAO Store

On Saturday , May 20, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m., we will hold a Facial Yoga event in our physical store in Bilbao taught by Iratxe Garate, an expert in facial care.

Why start facial yoga?

1. Muscle Toning: Helps tone and strengthen facial muscles, which can reduce sagging and the appearance of wrinkles and expression lines.
2. Increased blood circulation : improves blood circulation in the skin, increasing oxygenation and cellular nutrition and improving the overall appearance of the skin.

3. Reduced inflammation: Reduces inflammation in the skin by stimulating lymphatic drainage and improving blood circulation. Reducing swelling and congestion in the face.

4. Relaxation and stress reduction: Breathing and relaxation techniques reduce stress and tension on the face and mind, which can improve the overall appearance of the skin.

5. Stimulation of collagen production : improves the elasticity and firmness of the skin, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and expression lines.

During the session, we will talk about the benefits of facial yoga for the skin, and teach how to use the roller and Gua sha as facial massagers. We will also put into practice:

• Breathing and relaxation techniques for facial care.
• Use of the roller and Gua sha as facial massagers.
• Massage techniques to improve circulation and reduce inflammation.
• How to use Banbu products to enhance the benefits of facial yoga.
• Tips to maintain a sustainable and effective facial care routine.
• Question and answer session with facial care expert Iratxe Garate and the founder of Banbu, Verónica Diez.

What does the workshop include?

• Necessary material to put into practice all the benefits of facial yoga on our face (Mirror, Gua sha and Facial Roller, chair, cream samples...)
• 1:30 of advice with a facial care expert
