• Step #1 and, even if you don't believe it, the fundamental one:Never untangle your hair in the shower, carry out this process before wetting your hair, you will prevent hair loss.
• Step #2Moisten hair with plenty of warm water and proceed to apply solid shampoo. Let its active ingredients act on the scalp for a few minutes, then massage gently.
• Remove the shampoo with warm water, drain the hair and apply a nourishing conditioner.(we recommend Fruit). Leave it on for several minutes and rinse.

BANBU TIP: Do not use very hot water, this irritates the scalp and stimulates oil production, attenuating the effect we are looking for with Bloom.
