HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON THE BANBU WEBSITE?
To create your account, all you have to do is access the login icon from the home page, located at the top right of the website. Once you have clicked, choose the register option, enter your contact information, shipping, email address and password.
Once you have completed all the fields you will receive a confirmation email. We recommend you check your inbox and the spam section; to make sure it has reached you correctly. Remember that the advantages of being registered when you place orders are many: you will be able to save addresses, check your order history and save your payment details.
HOW DO I ADD OR DELETE ADDRESSES ON MY ACCOUNT?
From your profile you can edit all the data you want, it is a very intuitive process. First you must go to the ''My account'' section, once there go to addresses and you can change all the data you need. Likewise, each time you place an order you can modify this information including the new address to which you want to receive it.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD?
If you do not remember your password you can reset it again, you will receive an email to the account you used to register. You can use two methods:
- Enter the last password you remember and reset your password.
- If you don't remember your last password, use this second method. Check the email address you used to sign up, check your inbox, and reset your password
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
To change your password you must access your account and once inside the information section you can make all the modifications you deem appropriate.
